All orders placed before 2:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same day, except for orders weighing over 10 kg or $3,500. Orders placed on weekends or during federal holidays will be shipped the following business day.
The following are estimated arrival times provided for your convenience and are not a guarantee. BOBO Kratom does not guarantee shipping once your order leaves our facility. Estimates are based on USPS flat rate shipping.
Within North Carolina: Orders usually arrive within one day.
East Coast: Orders usually arrive within two days.
Midwest: Orders typically arrive in two to three days.
West Coast: Orders typically arrive in three days.
Please note these estimates do not include weekends or holidays when the USPS is closed. You can check these dates and track your order on the USPS website.
For FedEx shipping: FedEx Overnight should arrive the next business day. FedEx Second Day shipping should arrive in two business days. Same-day orders must be placed before 11:00 am EST.
